1978: Born in Kanagawa Prefecture, raised in Saitama Prefecture

2005: Graduated in Japanese Painting, Faculty of Fine Arts, Tokyo University of the Arts

2005: Selected Graduation Works Exhibition (Tokyo University of the Arts, University of Tsukuba, Ibaraki University)

2005: 3rd Triennale Toyohashi Shingo Hoshino Prize Exhibition – Jury Recommendation

2007: Completed M.A. in Japanese Painting, Graduate School of Tokyo University of the Arts

2007: Graduation work purchased by Tokyo University of the Arts

2008: 4th Triennale Toyohashi Shingo Hoshino Prize Exhibition – Selected

2008: Awarded a scholarship from the Sato International Cultural Scholarship Foundation (18th term)

2010: Completed Ph.D. in Fine Arts, Japanese Painting, Tokyo University of the Arts (degree awarded)

2010: Research Assistant, Tokyo University of the Arts (until 2013)

Currently: Independent artist, active mainly through solo and group exhibitions.
