Akio OMORI

大森暁生

Tokyo Prefecture / Graduated in Sculpture, Aichi Prefectural University of Fine Arts and Music / Founder of studio “D.B.Factory”

1971: Born in Tokyo

1996: Graduated in Sculpture, Aichi Prefectural University of Fine Arts and Music

1995–2002: Assistant to sculptor Satoshi Yabuuchi at Atelier Yabuuchi Satoshi

1999: Established D.B. Factory studio in Machiya, Arakawa-ku, Tokyo

2005: Relocated studio to Kitasenju, Adachi-ku (current location)

Activities

Widely exhibits in galleries, department stores, art fairs, and museums in Japan and abroad.

Collaborates extensively with fashion brands, musicians, and restaurants (interior/exterior design direction).
